The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline’s mission is to provide immediate assistance to individuals in suicidal crisis by connecting them to the nearest available suicide prevention and mental health service provider through a toll-free telephone number. It is the only national suicide prevention and intervention telephone resource funded by the Federal Government.

Since the suicide of his wife Kristin in April 1998, KBHC Founder Reese Butler has been on a personal crusade. His mission has been to offer HOPE and the option to LIVE to those in the deepest emotional pain.
